Vigyaved Healthcare ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the ATHENA platform, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, password — stored only as a secure hash). Health inputs you voluntarily enter into ATHENA (e.g. age, biomarkers, lifestyle) to generate your results. Payment records (plan, amount, transaction reference) — card details are handled entirely by our payment processors (Stripe / Razorpay) and never stored on our servers. Basic technical/usage data for security and analytics.
How we use it
To create and secure your account; to compute and display your ATHENA results and power the AI Health Advisor; to process subscriptions and send transactional emails (confirmations, password resets); and to improve and safeguard the service.
AI processing
When you use the AI Health Advisor, your questions and the health profile you have saved are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your identifiable health data to train third-party models.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with processors that operate the service (payment gateways, email delivery, AI inference, cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Data security & retention
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by emailing dryashendrasethi@gmail.com. You can also delete health inputs from within ATHENA at any time.
