You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions & access
Paid tiers unlock time-boxed access (monthly or yearly) to the corresponding features. Access is personal and non-transferable. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice; changes do not affect an active paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, resell access, or rely on outputs for clinical decisions without independent verification. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content, models and branding are owned by Vigyaved Healthcare or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. The service is provided "as is".
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
