Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ATHENA memberships.
Cancellation
Memberships are time-boxed and renew manually — you are not auto-charged. You can stop at any time simply by not renewing; your access continues until the end of the paid period. If automatic renewal is enabled in future, you will be able to cancel it from your account before the next billing date.
Refunds
Because access to digital content and AI features is granted immediately on payment, fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period has begun. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days for a full or pro-rated refund.
How to request
Email dryashendrasethi@gmail.com from your registered email with your transaction reference. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
